Talking to Grate Guy lets you play the Look This Way mini game which simply requires you to face the direction opposite to where the clown is pointing to.
You must pay 10 Coins to play one round of the Prize Blocks. You simply need to hit the treasure box above to get a trio of matching icons (Mushroom, Star, and Flower) to win a prize. The Prize Blocks mini game can be played by talking to the Toad at the left of the room.
